Had an amazing Christmas vacation with my family. the hotel was charming with a European-style chalet and friendly staff. the location was perfect, only a short walk to restaurants and convenience stores. the shuttle service was a plus, and the onsen was a great way to relax after skiing.
The room was a bit small with outdated decor and the bathroom was cramped, but it was still clean and had all the necessary amenities. the breakfast was basic, but filling.

We stayed for a week in a cozy chalet-like hotel in a snowy mountain town. We loved waking up every morning to a delicious breakfast that included fresh fruit, juice, and delightful variations of eggs. The hotel staff were always friendly and helpful, and the location near restaurants, convenience stores, and bus stops made it easy for us to go on city adventures. Plus, having access to an onsen and a drying room was a welcome perk after a long day of exploring.
The rooms were a bit small, which made it challenging to move around with more than two people. We also found that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking.
